Sales Person
The applicant must have good communication and people skills, being able to naturally help and motivate people. The applicant should also be skilled in using a computer. Experience in the following will be considered favorably: sales, customer service, metalworking, manufacturing and CAD/CAM. 3+ years of telephone sales experience is preferred.

We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined individual who will stand out in the pursuit of higher achievement. This individual must be a self-starter, creative and detail-oriented with the ability to handle complex responsibilities. The applicant must also work well with other professionals and be able to develop good customer relations. A good command of the English language, and other languages, is considered a plus. Outstanding telephone etiquettes are also essential.

Our sales process generally starts with new prospects who call us after seeing advertisements. Strong sales skills and some customer followup are then required to close sales. Pay is commission-based. Travel is not normally required.

The tests you must take below have many industry-specific questions that we do not expect you to know many of the answers to. Just completing the tests show us whether you have the motivation required for the job. What you do know will also help with the job. Marketing Assistant
The Marketing Assistant must be a highly skilled, detail-oriented, critical thinker. Must be technical and artistic. Must possess strong layout, typography, and critique skills and have the ability to handle multiple details, adapt, and respond well to change. We are seeking a disciplined individual who will stand out in the pursuit of higher achievement. Must be a self-starter and work well with other professionals.

In a typical week, the Marketing Assistant will:
  • Monitor social media activity on company pages
  • Moderate company Owner's Community forum
  • Schedule internet advertising
  • Create and track social media advertisements
  • Create and maintain Ebay auctions
  • Track company internet reach and exposure
  • Track and analyze website statistics
  • Create and track pay-per-click advertisements
  • Monitor/approve recent comments on YouTube videos
  • Maintain databases of advertising information
  • Schedule print advertising
  • Negotiate and purchase advertising space in national publications
  • Submit advertising material to publications
  • Track and analyze advertising performance
  • Assign an appropriate source to internet leads for demo video requests
  • Work with sales staff on sourcing leads
  • Enter magazine direct response leads into Excel files
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite to create/resize advertising materials
  • Analyze and organize media kits
  • Scan and file marketing documents
  • Maintain company mailing lists

  • Create .doc and .pdf files of company documents

Financial/Accounting

We are hiring for multiple financial positions ranging from bookkeepers to accountants to top-level financial executives and business managers. Please take all the tests even though some may not apply to you.

Must have the ability to handle multiple details, adapt, and respond well to change. Must have good computer skills. Experience in the following will be considered favorably: taxes and accounting, payroll, human resources, benefit programs, employment law, general business law, intellectual property, contracts, financing, nonprofit organizations, manufacturing, and management experience. A CPA certification or law degree is also considered a plus. Experience and flexibility to work with a wide variety of database systems is also a plus for some positions, as well as the ability or potential to manage an entire business.
